LL-37 monograph

LL-37 is an antimicrobial peptide — part of your body's innate immune system. It's the active 37-amino-acid fragment cleaved from a larger precursor protein called hCAP-18. It punches holes in bacterial membranes and pokes immune signaling, which is interesting lab work. It is not muscle, not “healing” in the way guys mean it, and there is no established human dose, half-life, or performance outcome to coach from.
