Kisspeptin-10 monograph

Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic peptide that acts on the KISS1 receptor in your hypothalamus. Think of it as a direct signal to your brain's hormone control center — it tells your GnRH neurons to fire, which then triggers LH release from your pituitary.

The reason guys hear about it for PCT is because it hits the same upstream point where gear shuts you down. When you're on cycle, exogenous hormones suppress GnRH. Kisspeptin bypasses that suppression by directly activating the receptor that would normally respond to your body's natural kisspeptin.

Unfortunately, it's extremely short-acting. We're talking minutes for the LH spike, then it's gone. The research showing hormone response is all acute studies measuring what happens in the first few hours, not sustained production over weeks or months.
