Are the training programs really free?

Free with any TroponinIQ subscription — every program lands in your account, no separate checkout. Not a subscriber? You can buy any program on its own. Either way you own a complete, coach-written system, not a random workout.

What is the difference between the standalone and coached editions?

Same program. The coached edition adds inline prompts to run it with SuperTrop, your AI coach — paste your PR sets and it tells you whether you progressed the muscle or just the movement, asks for a replacement when a lift stalls, and scales the nutrition to your bodyweight. The program that answers back.

Who are these programs for?
