We Rebuilt the Brain — And We're Just Getting Started

Something happened over the last month that I need to talk about.

We didn't just update TroponinIQ. We tore it down to the studs and rebuilt it — the knowledge base, the infrastructure, the entire coaching brain. And while we were at it, we launched a new product, started building two more, and laid the foundation for something I've been thinking about for years.

Let me walk you through it.

The Knowledge Base Is 300% Bigger

When TroponinIQ first launched, it had a solid foundation — my core coaching logic, macro frameworks, progression systems, and contest prep protocols encoded into an AI that could actually think through problems the way I do.

That was version one.

The current knowledge base is roughly three times the size of what we started with. Not three times more words — three times more coaching intelligence. Every week since launch, I've been coaching clients during the day and compressing those decisions into the knowledge base at night. Real corrections. Real edge cases. Real "here's what I'd actually do" scenarios that only come from decades of hands-on work.
