Elite PED Protocols Is Live!

Twelve lectures, eight hours, one textbook, and the level of depth this material has always deserved.

Most PED education on the internet is one of two things: a forum thread written by someone who read the abstract, or a coach trying to sell you their stack. Neither one is a substitute for understanding receptor pharmacology, cycle architecture, bloodwork interpretation, and long-term health planning at the level a serious practitioner needs.

That's the gap I built Elite PED Protocols to close.

What it is

Twelve recorded lectures, taught by me, covering the full pharmacology and applied protocol design of every major performance-enhancing compound used in elite bodybuilding. Each lecture pairs with synced audio, the full written lecture text, the slide deck, source references, and a downloadable course textbook.

Everything stays inside TroponinIQ. The video, the audio, the lecture text, the slides — they're not on Vimeo, not on YouTube, not on any platform that can pull them tomorrow. You buy access; the access is yours for life.

What's inside the 12 lectures

Introductory Materials — Course framing, the methodology behind the whole protocol-design approach

Injectable AAS — Pharmacology, kinetics, applied use of injectable anabolic-androgenic steroids

Oral Anabolics — Hepatic load, half-life, selection criteria for orals in modern protocols

Growth Hormone & Peptides — GH, GHRH/GHRP analogues, IGF-1, and the peptide landscape

Insulin & Metabolic Agents — Insulin, T3/T4, metabolic agents — high-leverage tools, narrow safety margins

Ancillary Compounds & Blood Doping — AIs, SERMs, prolactin management, and the practical realities of blood-doping protocols

Cycle Architecture & Design — Building protocols around the athlete: goal, baseline, recovery capacity, bloodwork-driven adjustment

Blood Work & Health Monitoring — Reading bloodwork the way a sports endocrinologist does

Side Effects & PCT — Side-effect mitigation in real time, plus a PCT framework that respects the underlying physiology

Female-Specific Protocols — Why the protocol logic for female athletes differs, and what to keep constant

Contest Prep Protocols — Peri-show, peak week, and the days that decide the placing

Long-Term Health & Fertility Protocols — The 10-year frame: cardiovascular, hormonal, and fertility planning for athletes with long careers

Who this is for

Coaches who want the depth their clients assume they already have

Advanced lifters running their own protocols who are tired of forum-grade information

Medical professionals supporting harm-reduction with clients in this space

Serious students who want a graduate-level survey rather than a YouTube highlight reel

If you're new to lifting and looking for a "first cycle" guide, this isn't it. The course assumes you've done the reading and you're ready for the depth.

What you actually get

12 video lectures (~8 hours total runtime)

Audio version of every lecture, for commute and gym listening

Readable lecture text in-app — no PDF dump, no copy-paste forum reposts

Slide deck previews for every lecture

Per-lecture source references and reading lists

The downloadable course textbook (the only file you'll have on disk)

"Ask TroponinIQ about this lecture" — a chat assistant that grounds answers in the course material itself, with citations linking back to the exact lecture and timestamp

That last one is the part nobody else has. It's not a Q&A bolted on top of generic AI — it's the SuperTrop knowledge base, scoped to your course, refusing to drift off-topic. You can finally ask "what was the half-life Justin gave for compound X in lecture 4?" and get the right answer with a clickable citation.

What it costs

$399. One-time. Lifetime access.

Not a subscription. Not a tier. You buy it, you have it. If something doesn't land within the first 30 days, you get a full refund.

Active SuperTrop and CoachIQ subscribers see a 20% discount applied automatically at checkout.

Why I built this

Twenty-five years of coaching, IFBB Pro card, M.S. in Atomic Physics, B.S. in Kinesiology. Every year, the questions I get from coaches and athletes get more sophisticated and the freely-available answers get more diluted. This course is the version of the material I wish existed when I was learning — what binds where, why it matters, and how to design a protocol around an actual person instead of a magazine cover.

If that's the level you're operating at — or the level you want to be operating at — the door's open.
